I Need Your Help!

I really need your guys help! Ive been away from Chat for a while and when I've came back I was greeted with this screen: 
 
Every time i go on it i get a blank screen and nothing appears apart from an advertisement. Ive updated Adobe Flash Player, Java Script is enabled and I've updated everything on my laptop but still no luck. Can anyone help me? Ive been trying to fix it since Sunday and the same screen appears every time I try and go on Chat. I have no idea whats wrong and how to fix it! PLEEEEAASSEE HELP ME! D:
